The Senior Consultant’s primary responsibilities will be to manage our work with vocational rehabilitation (VR) clients, serve as a subject matter expert, and contribute to team sales efforts. PCG’s Human Services practice helps state, county, and municipal human services agencies to achieve their performance goals in order to better serve populations in need.

Knowledge or experience in employment for people with disabilities, employment first, vocational rehabilitation federal and state legislation, policies, and practices. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, PCG has over 2,500 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

Experience with vocational rehabilitation agencies or employment for people with disabilities is required. 7+ years of consulting work experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation or employment for people with disabilities.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $95,000 - $110,000. PCG will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on any of these characteristics.

In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role. The A&D team works with states and providers to design, develop, refine, evaluate, and manage programs that support older adults and people with disabilities.

Lead client engagements with vocational rehabilitation agencies, or as well as other state agencies as appropriate. Interpret and apply, federal and state policy in vocational rehabilitation. Proficiency or expertise in other software products for communication, data analysis, surveying, etc. Ability to work with colleagues and clients in virtual videoconferencing settings, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

Graduate degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant leadership experience. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large data sets, policy and legislation. Lead technical assistance to support clients in change management resulting from data analytics.
