Reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and follow up on overdue accounts. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our accounting team.

The purpose of this position is to manage the accounts receivable for an assigned portfolio of customers, between $2 to $4 million, to ensure timely collection of invoices, minimize losses, identify and help resolve customer disputes and deliver an outstanding experience during every customer exchange.

Handles other duties to support their assigned accounts as well as support collection of unassigned accounts (3,500 to 4,500) including skip tracing, sending copies to customers and payment centers, handling release calls, preparing refunds, addressing returned checks and mail, supporting dunning letter process, preparing collection agency pks supporting 3rd party coll agency requests and inquiries to coll mailbox.
