The Role: Franchise Partners run their own academies in their local area, hiring coaches to support them in delivering quality football (soccer) coaching to children aged 4 - 12 years.

Position Summary This position reports to the Director of Athletics and Head Men's Soccer Coach and is responsible for all aspects of the soccer program, including, training, performance of student-athletes, conditioning, planning and directing recruitment, along with fiscal management for Bellevue College soccer program.

The head women's soccer coach is responsible for all aspects in leading a competitive NAIA soccer program to include, coaching (practice and in-game), recruiting, fund-raising, positive encouragement towards student-athlete development, and scheduling.

The Sports Coach implements a program that will meet the different needs of all youth in the program, such as unity, spirit, teamwork, endurance, skill and technique improvement. The Sports Coach will inspire and prepare students with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning.

The Women’s Head Soccer Coach is responsible for recruitment, fund-raising, program development, practice preparation, scheduling of games, game day coaching, and all associated travel. Rules compliance duties include: manages the soccer program in full compliance with National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), Paul D. Camp Community College, and the Athletics Department policies and procedures.

The Assistant Soccer Coach's responsibilities are not limited to the playing season; as events, season planning, player development, continuous academic monitoring and other activities are involved in the facilitation of a successful program.

SUMMARY: The Head Men's Soccer Coach is responsible to oversee the Men's Soccer program in the best interest of the University, and to adhere to the mission and policies of Corban University, the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA.

Work with the Manager of Soccer Operations to recruit and hire quality coaches to ensure that all players have quality leadership and training. Develop, execute and evaluate all programs with assistance from the Manager of Soccer Operations or General Manager.

Supervise Trainers together with the Manager of Soccer Operations and review their performance and session quality. The Head Soccer Coach will teach good sportsmanship as the number one priority on the athletic field. (Based on degree and experience) AND/OR HS Head Soccer Coach. Must have experience as a soccer coach or extensive knowledge in this area to be eligible to serve as a non-faculty coach.

1 year of coaching soccer or collegiate playing experience. The Assistant Coach will not engage in any outside activities in television, radio, clothing or shoe sponsorship, internet, or camps unless those activities are expressly approved in writing and in advance by the Athletic Director.

The university sponsors the following intercollegiate athletic programs: M/W Soccer, M/W Cross Country, W. Volleyball, W. Indoor Track, M/W Basketball, Softball, Baseball, M/W Outdoor Track and Field, M. Golf, and W. Tennis.

One year of soccer coaching experience as a head or assistant coach at the college, high school, club or travel team levels is required. Communicate as necessary with the other Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference and NJCAA Region IV Soccer Coaches.

Experience as a head coach in the specific sport at the collegiate or high school level. Minimum Qualifications Master\'s degree in kinesiology, physical education, exercise science, education with an emphasis in physical education, kinesiology, physiology of exercise or adaptive physical education OR Bachelor\'s degree in any of the above AND Master\'s degree in any life science, dance, physiology, health education, recreation administration or physical therapy OR the equivalent.

Supervise all Soccer student-athletes at all Walla Walla Community College sponsored Soccer events or any event in which the Walla Walla Community College Soccer Program is involved.
