DESCRIPTION As a part of our Roadway Department Team, the Civil Engineer will manage the analysis and design of complex transportation and civil drainage systems, Storm Water Management Plans, storm water facilities, permanent water quality facilities, NPDES permitting, and H&H analysis.

Computer skills: Microsoft Office, analysis software such as HEC-RAS, HY-8, FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox, CUHP/SWMM, Microstation, Inroads, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project. The Civil Engineer will act as the design task leader for drainage scopes on projects; be responsible for task budget and schedules; attend and actively participate in client meetings; assist in developing marketing proposals.
