The Security Command Center - Console Operator reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Security and interacts with team members at all levels of the organization. Basic experience configuring/administrating technical physical security systems such as access control, alarm/video monitoring platforms and other data capturing systems.

Essential Functions: Command Center Operator I assigns corrective work orders to appropriate trade and escalates building automation or emergency issues to Manager/Director of Facilities as appropriate using independent judgment.

Operational experience in the National Capital Region Command Center (NCRCC). The Pilot-In-Command is a civilian (non-sworn) position responsible for piloting rotorcraft-helicopters for the purpose of assisting law enforcement in the control and suppression of crime, transporting public safety employees and equipment for aerial surveillance, search and rescue, and other related law enforcement and public safety operations.

The Second in Command (SIC) Pilot reports to Advanced Air’s Chief Pilot and in his absence the Director of Operations. Review thoroughly and brief the pilot-in-command specifically on all customer service items including, but not limited to passenger pick up, passenger drop off, refueling, customs, private hangar pick up/drop off, private hangar communications requirements, and passenger catering.

2 years of experience as a dispatcher security/law enforcement/military setting, including: monitoring and directing response to security law enforcement, and life safety communications; operating a variety of communications and security equipment; compiling and preparing reports related to events occurring in the operation of police control center; receiving routine and emergency calls and dispatching police/security/medical personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Aviation Operations and FW Chief Pilot, the PIC position:Performs Pilot-in-Command (PIC) duties for Boston MedFlight during flight assignments and serves as the team leader for all flight operations.
