Draft solicitations Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB) This position supports a contract for the FBI Headquarters located on Redstone Arsenal. This position reports through the Integrated Federal Solutions LLC organization (operating under the Poarch Creek Indians Federal Services LLC holding company) and will support a contract for the FBI Headquarters located on Redstone Arsenal.

Work with clients to provide expert advice on biomarker selection, characterization and development for clinical trials, contributing to RFP/RFI proposals and responding to individual colleague inquiries regarding enterprise biomarker solutions in a timely fashion.

A Medical Equipment Estimator/BMET (Level 1) will first, as an estimator, support the estimating department with building proposals in response to government proposal requests (RFP) submitted through various contracting vehicles.

Lead the preparation of financing applications for affordable housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, Federal Home Loan Bank grants, rental assistance programs, responses to RFP/RFQs, and other affordable housing financing or grant programs.

Ability to read and understand Requests for Pricing/Request for Quote (RFP/RFQ) solicitation documents as necessary to interpret and convey requirements. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in ship repair / shipyard industry preferably from a common trade (i.e. Outside Machinist, Pipefitter, etc.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, data science, computer science, demography, public policy, social sciences, social work, economics, health, education, archival studies, library science, Hawaiian culture, Hawaiian history, planning, archeology, geography, Geographic Information Systems, urban planning, statistics.

Required Skills: RFP/RFQ s; price negotiations; vendor compliance; negotiating multimillion-dollar nationwide contracts for packaging supplies; knowledge of packaging supplies including corrugated, stretch film, tapes, pallets, labels and mailers; knowledge equipment including case erectors, void fill machines, tapers and material handling equipment such as forklifts, stretch wrappers, tapers, conveyors, inventory management for $100+ million inventory.

Analyzes and advises on contractor proposal prices and comparison with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and Request for Proposal (RFP), Scope of Work (SOW), and prepares proposal price analysis and technical reports to support negotiation of equitable contract award amounts; and Advises on all cost related aspects of contracts between the United States Government (USG) and independent architectural/engineering cost estimator consultants for each project.

Prepare hotel RFP lead in required technology (Cvent), plus DMC and other Supplier Partner RFP leads, as needed. Maintain regular communication with all suppliers to keep them informed on RFP status, ensuring appropriate space is being held or released on a timely basis.

This will include RFI/RFP/RFQ activities when relevant or able, negotiating, analyzing quotation(s) for total value, creating, verifying, and editing purchase and rental orders/contracts/ or requests and submitting orders to FTI’s network of suppliers.

The Director of Biomed will work with the facility Biomed teams to drive USPI standards for training protocols, PM’s, policies, labor sourcing, EOL tracking, TMS utilization and part sourcing along with opportunity identification, RFP development, RFP execution, contracting and contract implementation for all service areas targeted each year including the conversion of contracts to Tenet’s GPO partner HPG.
