The Private Equity Finance Investment Operations group is responsible for all aspects middle office operations related to our client's Private Equity funds. The Private Equity Investment Operations Manager will handle all items related to Limited Partner (LP) capital activity including but not limited to: liaising with deal teams to prepare capital call and distribution language, maintaining a schedule of upcoming capital calls, distributions, and fee disclosures, preparing capital call and distribution memos for LPs, and coordinating with deal teams/ legal and compliance / tax and accounting groups on posting of memos.
