Provides leadership to our fire sprinkler team to include communication of mission and vision, mentoring, leadership skill development, goal setting, performance measurement and driving for results.

The Fire Sprinkler Designer will be engaged in the preparation of detailed Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings to assure the efficient and effective placement of our products and systems. Design and layout sprinkler systems using specialized CAD software packages that are based on the AutoCAD platform; coordinate sprinkler system piping with other building components and perform hydraulic calculations.

A Johnson Controls Fire Sprinkler and Alarm Construction Manager will be the branch business leader for the successful execution of all Installation projects for the territory. Experience in the Fire Alarm Life Safety and/or Sprinkler Fire Protection industries is preferred.

Fire Sprinkler Installation employees are responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fire protection systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam suppression systems, as well as fire pumps and backflow devices.

Perform pre bid assessments with the Sprinkler Sales team and approve the first step in the contract booking process thru working with sales management, sales representatives, and sales support staff Fiscal Responsibility: Responsible for providing the highest quality delivery and performing the most efficient means possible.

At least 5-10 years of fire sprinkler design experience. Working experience of AutoCAD, HydraCAD, SprinkCAD, AutoSprink, Revit, or equivalent sprinkler design software. Proficient in AutoCAD, MSOffice, Sprinkler Design Software, and a hydraulic calculation program.
