The Contract Legislative Analyst is a member of the State and Local Tax (SALT) group and provides policy, research, creative, and strategic support for attorneys providing corporate taxpayers with identifying and tracking of important state and local tax issues, and supporting those taxpayers with advocacy and research.

The Contract Analyst, Professional Loyalty is responsible for accurately administering purchased based pricing and rebates for Allergan Aesthetics Contracts. The Contract Analyst, Professional Loyalty works cross-functionally with internal colleagues in Aesthetic Marketing, Contracting, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Business Technology and Revenue Accounting.

The Center of Excellence Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Strategic Sourcing Department has an opening for a Contract Analyst. 6-8 years' experience in either contract administration, in-house/corporate paralegal, and/or sourcing organization.

Draft, review, and analyze a wide variety of contract types, including, but not limited to, supply agreements, service agreements, SaaS agreements, etc. Bachelor's degree is preferred or 6+ years' experience in Contract Management that includes management and leadership.

Collaborate with the Contract Finance Operations team on any related GPO or Local contract execution activities that can impact chargebacks processes and provide support on any necessary collaboration calls with distributors if contract execution topics arise.

As a Strategic Procurement Contract Analyst/Negotiator, you will be responsible for supporting the CVS Health enterprise in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing IT and Non-IT deals and contractual documents for the purchase of all categories and commodities of non-merchandise goods and services.

Analyst will be a key point of contact for pricing and membership related internal and external inquiries. Responsible for maintaining Contract related training material and updating desktop procedures to support new system enhancements, modifications to process, etc.

General understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations processes. 1-3 years’ experience in commercial contract operations and/or related areas. The CCO organization operates across the entire US Region, partnering with the business units to provide and develop enabling capabilities in the areas of commercial contracting, sales enablement, and operations, inside sales, customer care operations, business & pricing analytics, master data management, commercial enablement, operational excellence, and other functions.

Manage the removal and addition of member accounts from agreements efficiently across multiple ERP platforms (SAP Vistex, JDE), leveraging BOTs and other automation. Proficient Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data to draw insights, utilize Data Mining tools; SAP BI, Power BI, QlikView.

The Sr. Contract Analyst, Supply Operations will engage GPO (Vizient), UMMS Vendor Management, UMMS CQVA, UMMS Contract Management, owners of record at System and local level on required notifications and timely actions.

SAP, Vistex, & JDE ERP knowledge (preferred) Manage and resolve large volume of external (Distributor, GPO, Customer) and internal (BD sales, commercial integration teams, & CCO cross functional teams) adhoc inquiries (phone/e-mail/Salesforce cases) in a timely manner, utilizing automation and reporting tools to proficiently review & research to meet stakeholder needs.
