Our Client is hiring a new Director of Cultivation to oversee all aspects associated with cannabis cultivation for a multi-state operating company. Experience in cultivation using vertical racking systems, soil data monitoring systems, and LED lighting.

PurposeThe Advanced Farmer role is responsible for farming tasks, taking on projects, and technically skilled objectives towards the weekly cannabis cultivation workflow. Essential DutiesProcedures & TasksThis position will perform a variety of objectives within the cannabis cultivation throughout the life cycle of the plant.

PurposeThis position is responsible for executing their daily role performing farming tasks within the Farm department to achieve the weekly objectives in the cannabis cultivation. Workspace and Material Maintenance This position is responsible for the upkeep of the cannabis cultivation, and reporting of malfunctions within the cultivation area.

The Farmer will report to the Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Farm. Essential DutiesProcedures & Tasks This position is responsible for performing different farming tasks at a large scale cannabis cultivation.

In addition, leads will be responsible for the regular on-site support of multiple gardens within a cannabis cultivation facility. Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by the Cultivation Manager.

Assist with all aspects of cannabis cultivation operations, from seedling to harvest, including cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming, pest management, environmental monitoring, harvesting and record-keeping.

Work with Cultivation Manager to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules. Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running, and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control, and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces, and tools.

Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health.

The Cultivation Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Cultivation Flowering Supervisor(s) and Manager(s) in all aspects of cannabis plant management within the department.

Works with Cultivation Manager to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules. Responsibilities: Applying organic pesticides with guidance from Cultivation Manager. Maintaining inventory of all cultivation supplies and order such supplies; Following pesticide recommendations and ensuring Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program is sufficient with Standard Operating Procedure.

The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.

Assists the Cultivation Manager with managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations. Assists the Cultivation Manager in the maintenance, sanitation, and documentation of all horticulture equipment.

Assists Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure a variety and quantity for dispensary locations. Two years of experience in general cannabis cultivation or commercial production gardening.
