This will include yard mowing, groundcover trimming, tree trimming, landscape maintenance; work to ensure continued health of trees on property; remove diseased trees and plants; maintain tennis courts, keep streams cleared and open; control poison ivy and invasive species; keep all ENF properties neat and free from debris; remove stray animals from campus working with Animal Control as necessary; manage wildlife that comes on campus, as necessary.

The Assistant Property Manager should maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, maintaining and securing premises, and knowing Fair Housing Laws and all other laws about affordable housing.

The Assistant Property Manager reports to the Community Manager and shares responsibility for the overall operation and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and maintained Community.
