Membership Coordinator Duties. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Membership Coordinator's primary duties are to engage and work side by side with members to complete administrative tasks required to support a vibrant and active Membership Unit in accordance with the Clubhouse International Model and Standards.

Attendance at all home football games is mandatory for the Account Executive, Membership Services, unless approved in advance by the Director, Ticket Sales and Service. Under the supervision of the Director, Ticket Sales and Service, the Account Executive, Membership Services is responsible for servicing, retaining and growing a portfolio of accounts by initiating and receiving phone calls, sending and responding to emails, arranging client meetings, and providing on-site support at various events.

A successful Membership Executive possesses the ability to thoroughly explain the Freedom Boat Club experience and ultimately convert the prospect into a member. In order to truly appreciate the Freedom Boating experience a qualified Membership Executives will have some boating experience.

Previous consultative sales experience in a membership driven organization. Responsible for all members customer service issues, including connecting families with appropriate JCC department personnel, reporting on issues of concern to members, conducting exit interviews with families that have dropped their membership.

Support Child Watch and Building Supervisor team in absence of Membership Director and or Branch Executive. Supervise and support the Branch Child Watch Coordinator that is responsible for the Child Watch department, including staffing, programming, and member engagement of families within the Child Watch program area.
