The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating, and contributing to, the technical execution of multiple climate projects, including the architecture and administration of cloud environments, and the integration of new capabilities as multi-cloud ready services or microservices.

General Statement of Duties: This individual is responsible for the overall supervision of the Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and is the administrative and clinical director of the operations of the Brockton Community Service Agency System of Care. BAMSI is a private, non-profit culturally diverse human services organization providing services to adults and children with developmental disabilities, mental illness, behavioral health, and public health needs.

The Program Director or Program Manager is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program for the assigned area of responsibility. The Program Director/Program Manager is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

The Program Director sets the clinical tone, utilizing trauma-informed, client-centered, gender-responsive, evidence-based, and harm reduction approaches. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing residential behavioral health program services, clinical activities, and staffing to ensure program compliance with contracts and licensing regulations for the 115 bed residential Substance Use Disorder treatment program at 890 Hayes Men’s Residential program.

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program and other wound care continuum programs for the assigned area of responsibility.

PD will be appointed to the Non-Clinical Professional Staff at the MGH as ALS Research Consortium Program Director and will be appointed at Harvard Medical School as Research Associate. The ALS Research Consortium (ARC) Program Director (PD) will work together with the MGH ALS Research Consortium labs, led by three Principal Investigators (PIs; Albers, Lagier-Tourenne, and Wainger.

The person in this role will also work collaboratively with the IUSSW Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the IUSSW system-wide program directors including the Director of Admissions, Director of Career Services, Director of Field Education, and Director of Recruitment to assure compliance with all processes and procedures of the IUSSW.

The Program Director, State & Local Policy (Policy Director) will lead the development and implementation of Enterprise's Southern California (SoCal) policy agenda to advance Enterprise's policy priorities around the production and preservation of affordable housing, tenant protections from displacement, advancing racial equity, coalition-building, and the fair and equitable placement of affordable housing choices.

Work closely with the Director of Youth Workforce of the Summer Youth Employment Program and Work, Learn and Grow to help lead and meet strategic youth workforce development tasks and goals.

As the Outpatient Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and supervising all clinical activities, assessments and documentation for the Outpatient Services, to include intensive outpatient, outpatient, support and school-based programs.

Supervise/monitor adolescent support groups and form program building activities. Conduct educational groups in accordance with adolescent program school agreements. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Director.

Provide information about the program to the public, when applicable. Enforce all program rules fairly and consistently. Develop effective working relationships with DHS workers, probation/parole officers, drug court coordinators, and others who are invested in consumer’s treatment.

Skills and Qualifications: Current Oklahoma LADC, LPC, LMFT or LCSW license or under supervision working toward licensure in the state of Oklahoma Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
