Relevant experience maintaining aircraft systems and / or avionics systems on Airbus, Bell, AgustaWestland, Beechcraft, Pilatus, and Cessna aircraft. We are hiring for a Field Avionics Technician that will perform their duties and responsibilities as listed below in support of the company's 14 CFR Part 145 Certified Repair Station and 14 CFR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate.

The Avionics & Electrical Engineer is responsible for hands-on engineering solutions to affect repair and modification of aircraft, to include support systems/sub-system integration, verification methods, sustainment modeling and simulation, and assist with coordination of T&E development projects for Department of Defense (DoD) manned and unmanned aircraft.

The Avionics Technician will be responsible for Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and/or repairs electrical/avionics equipment and systems, including Flight Management Systems (FMS,) Satcom and Airborne Radio Telephone Systems, EGPWS/TAWS, communications, navigation, radar, TCAS/XPDR, DME, autopilot/flight director, audio, ADF, Cabin Management/In-flight Entertainment (IFE), and other sophisticated avionics/electronics systems.

Performs aircraft maintenance to include inspection, operational test, repair, modification and re-placement of aircraft electrical/avionics systems. Performs the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, modification and rewiring as required of complex avionics/electrical systems and subsystems discrepancies and modifications.

The Avionics Technician performs harness builds, terminations, installations, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, removal and replacement of aircraft instrument and avionics components and systems using all tools and test equipment to meet manufacturer's specifications, FAR's, industry standards in a safe and organized work area.
