The Maritime Solution Systems Portfolio within the Maritime Systems Division (MSD) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly capable Program Manager to join the Leidos team in Lynnwood, WA to lead a multidisciplined team in the support of the development of innovative and next generation Navy equipment.

We are seeking an Outpatient Program Director to join our non-profit agency. Title: Program Director Reports to: Executive Director Status: Exempt Location: Outpatient About You: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by substance abuse.

As the Outpatient Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and supervising all clinical activities, assessments and documentation for the Outpatient Services, to include intensive outpatient, outpatient, support and school-based programs.

Supervise/monitor adolescent support groups and form program building activities. Conduct educational groups in accordance with adolescent program school agreements. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Director.

Provide information about the program to the public, when applicable. Enforce all program rules fairly and consistently. Develop effective working relationships with DHS workers, probation/parole officers, drug court coordinators, and others who are invested in consumer’s treatment.

Skills and Qualifications: Current Oklahoma LADC, LPC, LMFT or LCSW license or under supervision working toward licensure in the state of Oklahoma Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.

Experienced in providing counseling services to adolescents and/or their families in a therapeutic setting Working knowledge of adolescent development, age and developmentally relevant therapeutic interventions and counseling approaches Knowledgeable in providing integrated, evidence-based addiction treatment for consumers with co-occurring disorders.

T-ASI, ASI and ASAM PPC-2R – trained by an ODMHSAS-certified trainer within the past 5 years Minimum of three years of supervisory experience providing outpatient services. Location: Tulsa, OK. This is a hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.

The Program Director or Program Manager is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program for the assigned area of responsibility. The Program Director/Program Manager is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

Title: Program Director. Amend program s curriculum as appropriate to ensure evidence-based, best practice modalities are implemented and utilized. Reports to: Executive Director.

The Program Director sets the clinical tone, utilizing trauma-informed, client-centered, gender-responsive, evidence-based, and harm reduction approaches. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing residential behavioral health program services, clinical activities, and staffing to ensure program compliance with contracts and licensing regulations for the 115 bed residential Substance Use Disorder treatment program at 890 Hayes Men’s Residential program.

Creative therapeutic approaches to substance abuse/addiction needs. Maintain core competencies in relation to working with substance use disorders through continuing education and implement skills learned.

Prior experience as a Program Director or Assistant Program Director preferred. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost - services include telephonic counseling sessions, consultation on legal and financial matters, emotional well-being, family and caregiving.

Provide on-going program evaluation, data tracking and reporting to provide recommendations to the Regional Director of Supportive Housing Programs for continuous growth, quality and contract requirements.
