Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La-Z-Boy selling process, products and services. This position reports to the Store Manager of the assigned location with indirect influence of sales team. Strive to create long-term customer relationships that will lead to increased sales and profitability.

Qualifications for the PositionPrior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Motorcycle Sales Associates Compensation and Benefits: Motorcycle Sales Associates Competitive Salary: Commission sales position with commission of 20% according to terms of pay plan except boat sales (boat sales at 15%), with average total monthly compensation of $6,000.

Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services offered by La‐Z‐Boy. Assist to train, coach and develop new peers on La‐Z‐Boy product knowledge and selling process/skills to achieve store sales goals.
