The Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Calvetti Ferguson will primarily work on Transaction Advisory Services with the opportunity to grow into being a Manager in Valuation, Mergers & Acquisition (Sell-Side Representation), Litigation Support and Bankruptcy & Restructuring Services.

Oversee accounting close responsibilities include accounting for credit card fees (US and Foreign), private label credit card rebates & fees and bad debt recoveries for all sales channels.

Oversee general accounting functions for Viking Cedar Falls, including general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. + Responsible for all Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues related to revenue recognition, general accounting, accounts receivable, credit and financial reporting functions.

In this role, you will be on a team that is responsible for accurate accounting of thousands of highly complex constructed fixed assets, accurate forecasting of $70M+ of annual capital spend and depreciation expense as well as creating robust processes to ensure adherence to GAAP and internal policies.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years accounting experience in non-profit accounting and grant/contracts billings or its equivalent. Under the supervision of the Sr. Grant Accounting Analyst, the Grants Accounting is responsible for preparing monthly grant/contract billings to federal, non-federal and private grantors as well as maintain grant budgets, preparing journal entries for expense allocations, general ledger account analysis and reconciliations, submit budget modifications, answer relevant inquiries.
