The Montefiore Health System (MHS) Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a full-time Anesthesia Site Director at Hutchinson Campus Ambulatory Surgery Center (Hutch ASC) to join our world-class team of physicians and lead the daily anesthesia services at the center.

Reporting directly to the Vice President and Executive Director of Audubon Southwest, the Center Director is the administrative lead for the Center, managing all aspects of Center operations including oversight of the land, facilities, trails, and grounds, management of volunteers and contractors, management of capital projects, and will oversee the Center's budget, including expenses and revenue generated by private rentals and other Center-based fee programs.

In the Institute Director role, the successful candidate will be affiliated with ISP's African Studies Center and provide support for relevant programming of the Center while supporting its three strategic pillars, including support for the implementation of MSU's global diversity, equity, and inclusion mission and activities.

Further responsibilities as the Ambulatory Surgery Center Director of Nursing include the implementation of performance improvement initiatives, infection control, and leading various compliance surveys.

Directly supervises teaching staff and center staff, working closely and in collaboration with Regional Director, Education Coordinator and Family Services Coordinator towards program success.
