Columbia Rose is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) serving adults living with a serious mental illness, Residential care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained and caring staff headed by a registered nurse and a Qualified Mental Health Professional.

Under the clinical supervision of Behavior Therapist Coordinator and/or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and administrative supervision of a Home Manager the primary duty of a Residential Behavior Specialist is assisting youth with maximizing skill-acquisition in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), through individualized intensive implementation strategies aligned with the youths Person-Centered Plan goals and personal outcome measures.

Residential Plumber with at least 6 months experience who is able to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures Residential structures. The applicant must have at least 6 months of experience and be capable of installing, repairing, and maintaining pipelines, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.

The Site Superintendent must have at least 3 years of applicable experience on projects involving civil construction, railroad, utilities, infrastructure, etc. The Site Superintendent is required to possess the ability to prepare written technical reports, covering all aspects of construction activities; ability to track site costs on a daily basis; ability to manage and ensure proper execution of multiple simultaneous subcontracts and/or vendors of varying types and complexity; ability to track site costs routinely; demonstrated ability to mediate with tact when dealing with customers.
