Monitor property condition, cleanliness, cost control, and quality of product and service throughout hotel.

The Restaurant Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Canes standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone s operations.
