AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our Winsted Minnesota facility. Shipping & Receiving Clerk. AZZ Surface Technologies provides metal finishing services, from powder coating to electroplating, for corrosion protection of parts measuring less than an inch and components measuring up to sixty feet in length.

Axon is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to accurately process orders for shipment as well as receive materials against purchase orders. Maintains shipping and receiving logs and maintains files of shipping records.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk I. Maintain secure and organized shipping and receiving systems to prevent damage and/or loss of company materials.

Shipping and receiving clerk is also responsible for organizing, sorting and transferring goods from one location to another. He/ she is responsible for receiving and shipping parts, and the loading and unloading of shipments. Operates forklift truck or uses hand truck to move shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.

Works closely with warranty clerk to assure proper routing and packing of warranty parts. Determines best method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.

Able to interact successfully with co-workers, and be able to recognize the need for urgency in shipping parts, must pay attention to details. Works closely with inventory clerk to assure proper routing of core returns.

6 months or more related experience in a shipping and receiving setting. Effectively and accurately distribute completed orders to the delivery area and package for shipping while maintaining appropriate timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to define shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read and understand English Must be willing to work overtime and be flexible with schedule changes 2- years of Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience preferred (i.e. pulling parts, transactions, etc.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Manager. The Shipping and Receiving Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipping and receiving operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of products, and maintaining a smooth flow of goods in and out of the organization.

Perform shipping and receiving duties. Handling routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.
