This position is traditionally held before & after the school day at the Batavia YMCA. At least 18 years of age to work in Prime Time and Child watch. OR Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field (at least 9 of those credits in Early Child Development) AND two years direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age AND least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work.
