The Assistant Director of Information Technology is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems and data and voice communications activities at the Four Seasons Lana'i Resort and Sensei Lanai, a Four Seasons Resort.

Facilitate all high adventure activities at CLBC including waterfront, ropes course, bouldering wall, climbing tower, paintball, and zip line. We provide 9 weeks of summer camp, rental groups, retreat groups, and many other types of visitors who use our facilities throughout the year.

Help the rest of the staff provide quality experience to all campers and their families during their entire time here at the Camp by doing various activities (i.e. dishwashing, food prep, housekeeping, etc.

Working knowledge and skill in camp activities offered - Motorboat Driving, Sailing, High Ropes, Archery and Rifle Range Operations, and Aquatics. Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, the Camp Operations Director will oversee and ensure the quality of all aspects of the Summer Resident Camp Program, Family Camp, and Conference and Retreat, including the hiring and supervision of summer staff, recruitment of campers, and implementation of the actual elements of the programs.

Provide support to Grad Group Coordinator and Academic Coordinator in managing all transactions associated with student recruitment, annual retreat, weekly seminars, special seminars, faculty recruitment activities, and Postdoc monthly meetings.

Eligible clients engage in group level discussions and program activities related to the importance of health and wellness-related topics such as communication and relationships, substance use, spirituality, dealing with stress, mental health and HIV. Those who are enrolled and active in the program will attend an overnight health retreat at a local hotel.
