Position Summary:We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Radiological Services Attendant. In this role, the successful candidate assists X-Ray Technologist with preparing patients and exam areas for various radiologic examinations.

Our expertise spans science and technology research and development in the areas such as CBRN nonproliferation analysis and implementation including safeguards and export controls; nuclear and radiological material security; threat prevention, detection, and response and post-event recovery; detector testing and analysis; proactive cyber defense and situational awareness; and simulation, modeling, data analytics, and software development for mission-critical operations.

Valid license and current registration to practice as a Radiological Technologist issued by NYS DOH. Valid license and current registration to practice as a Radiological Technologist in the state of New York and to be favorably credentialed.

Education/Work Experience RequirementsGraduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology, and two years of related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.

Must have knowledge of Joint Chemical Biological Defense Program Medical Information and Communications Technology and demonstrated expertise in addressing Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) policy issues.

Shall cover the range of highly specialized invasive radiological, cardiovascular, structural heart, intra coronary ultrasound and complex electrophysiology procedures as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility.

Radiological Controls Tech - BWXT Technical Services Group (TSG) - Idaho Falls, ID. The RCT Level 1 should be able to assist in training, mentoring and radiological controls compliance of workers, Entry Level and other Level 1 RCTs, and is expected to demonstrate increasing responsibility, knowledge, initiative, leadership ability, productivity and reliability as function of experience.

Reporting to a radiation protection team leader, the Health Physics Manufacture Manager 1 will be responsible for implementation of the Radiation Protection Program (RPP), supporting work execution, and coordinating Radiological Control Technician (RCTs) resources.

Helps implement the Radiation Safety Program-as a subject matter expert providing technical expertise in one or more radiation safety areas (e.g., radiological engineering, dosimetry, instrumentation, waste management and health physics)-by analyzing and addressing radiological issues associated with projects and proposals.
