You should be able to accurately maintain a general ledger within Quickbooks Online, maintain accurate books in real time, and adhere to generally accepted accounting practices. Processing and managing all Accounts Payable received via our billing inbox within Quickbooks Online and Bill.com; communicating with vendors in order to obtain bills in a timely manner, assigning appropriate vendor and invoice details into the accounting system; applying credits and payments correctly; reconciling accounts payable to vendor statements when appropriate.
