The Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of the inside, outside and exterior areas around buildings as well as the various systems within the facility, including ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems and alarm notification systems.

Ensure quality control points are effective, including incoming inspection, first piece and in-process inspection, final inspection, and dock audit. Proficient in Core Quality Tools - APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC.

Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. American Society for Quality certification (CQE, CQA, CQM, or CMI and CQT) preferred. Drive continuous improvement post S.O.P. Supplier Development and Quality performance.

Experience as the project engineer in charge or equivalent responsible for the administration and inspection of Federal, State or local highway construction projects that included major operations such as grading, drainage, bridge construction, retaining wall construction, traffic flow and maintenance and recycled or conventional paving; AND.

Ability to program and operate inspection equipment (CMM, Laser Tracker, Vision equipment) Presents to all levels of Management inspection result findings, metrics, and solutions to complex issues related to high profile machined parts utilized in Aerospace, Space, Government and Commercial product lines.
