  • A Little About You: You have strong written communication skills.
  • You are comfortable and familiar with various content types, such as learning and development materials, presentations, email communications, social media, newsletters, videos and signage.
  • You have experience developing, writing, coordinating and editing content pieces and could create any of the aforementioned as needed.
  • You could even show us an example or two of your past work.
  • You have great attention to detail.

  • Partner with our Human Resources Business Partner to collect, aggregate and present associate insights at critical points throughout an associates tenure.
  • Work with our Talent Acquisition Partner to rebrand our recruiting tools and resources to fit the current market.
  • Create presentations for regular meetings with our leadership team by collecting content from the Human Resources group.
  • Assist with the administration of our Internship and Externship programming and act as a liaison between NCH Corporation and our university partners.
  • Provide administrative support for our recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, initial candidate contact, scheduling, and other duties as needed.
