- What you ll achieve
- The Vulnerability Management Architect will have experience building, leading & managing vulnerability management functions in a large enterprise environment.
- Develop the vision, architecture, capability roadmap, and plans for the continuous improvement of the vulnerability management program
- Manage the executive and tactical metrics that speak to the efficacy of the program
- Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level security projects
- Articulates risk and impact to IT leaders with the proven ability to convey the urgency and need to remediate a vulnerability commensurate with the risk it presents to Dell
- Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics
- Assist in management and updates of information security vulnerability management policies, procedures, and standards based on National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 standards, best practices, and compliance and regulatory requirements
- Develop the integration and automation strategy around multiple VM toolsets
- Actively engages with various internal stakeholders including IT Engineering and Infrastructure teams, development, legal, corporate communications, and other relevant teams in Cybersecurity to conduct holistic response management on identified vulnerabilities and the remediation efforts

- 10+ years of related experience, specifically in Engineering/IT Operations, Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, and/or Incident Response
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level agile projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, program management and/ or executive communication
- Solid understanding and knowledge of vulnerability management tools and methodologies and security attack vectors.
- Hands on experience with Vulnerability Scanning & Management tools (Nexpose, Tenable, Kenna Security, etc.)
- Ability to assemble and lead virtual teams to resolve incidents and to work collaboratively and remotely with others to accomplish goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Cybersecurity OR equivalent experience.
- Risk minded, pro-active, time-sensitive, and determined individuals are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work comfortably and successfully in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and ability to influence others or manage indirectly.
- Ability to drive complex, cross-organizational initiatives through the influencing of and negotiation with stakeholders who at times may hold competing priorities
- CISSP, CRISC, CISM or similar certifications advantageous.
