- To enhance brand awareness, new customer acquisition and customer activation and retention by overseeing the execution of OneUnited Bank’s marketing and communications strategy, including content development, active management of community engagement on all marketing channels, brand monitoring, social media advertising, customer and employee communications and monthly reporting on success metrics.
- Support the implementation and growth of a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, new customer acquisition and customer activation and retention.
- Manage the development and execution of branded OneUnited Bank content including blog posts, eBooks, online advertising, website design, email blasts, daily social media posts and radio and television ads.
- Oversee the implementation of a social media internship program including but not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, training, individual development, and deliverables
- The successful candidate must have a demonstrated social media marketing expertise
