  • The VP, Transformation will identify and execute a playbook of value creation opportunities (VCO).
  • The VCO could include M&A integration, company strategy development and execution, and project prioritization.

  • We are looking for new team members in a variety of disciplines who are enthusiastic about reaching for the stars and helping us build a world-class gaming platform on mobile and beyond.
  • Support the leadership team to articulate the company strategy, develop a prioritized roadmap, and execute transformation initiatives.
  • Develop quantitative tracking toward company growth goals (performance vs.
  • targets/forecast, progress toward topline growth goal, etc.)
  • Lead Day 1 readiness planning, M&A integration, TSA exit planning (where applicable) for any Game Taco acquisitions; oversee third party resources engaged to support integration efforts, where needed.
  • Support CEO and CFO with monthly Game Taco Operating Council meeting materials (at a minimum, recommend the materials for Transformation/growth update)
  • Develop monthly all hands meeting agendas, facilitate review with exec team, and build/collect materials for each all-hands meeting; also coordinate scheduling, speaking roles, meeting locations, etc.
  • Facilitate weekly leadership meetings such as Playbook, CEO's staff meeting (develop materials, agendas, ensure action items are completed)
  • Support CEO, CFO, and others on the leadership team on key priorities which arise in the normal course (e.g. territory expansion, new partnerships, new game launches)."
  • Not all functions listed may be performed and other duties may be assigned to meet business needs as determined by Game Taco.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in relevant functional area; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of transformation/strategic project management experience or a proven executive leader from the online/mobile gaming industry.
  • Track record of significant outperformance relative to the market and the achievement of considerable change to facilitate growth and business improvement.
  • Proven high levels of commercial acumen with excellent influencing and relationship building skills at senior levels are essential.
  • Aggressiveness: Moves quickly and takes well-founded points-of-view on critical issues without being abrasive.
  • Hands-on: Ability to manage the detail as well as step back and see the bigger picture / strategic imperatives.
