  • Responsible for parking, securing and retrieving customer vehicles.
  • Provide shuttle/cart service, information and assist customers in front area of Casino.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient and friendly service, providing accurate Resort information and assistance in a pleasant manner at all times.
  • Promptly greets customers pulling into Valet parking area.
  • Receives vehicle from guest and fills out parking ticket, informing guest of process.
  • Parks vehicle in correct area and files ticket and keys.
  • As guests exit Casino, promptly retrieves car from parking area for guests.
  • Handles guest vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.
  • Maintains professional appearance and promotes guest courtesy at all times.
  • Adhere to and promote safety practices, ensuring customer, property and equipment safety.
  • Report suspicious activity and operational concerns or issues to the bell captain, hotel manager, or lodging director.
  • Comply with regulatory laws, PP&P, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
  • Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.
  • Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
  • Other transportation duties as assigned.
