  • As a member of the Cloud Migration / Application Migration and Modernization Team, you will ensure success in helping customers accelerate their adoption of VMware Cloud on public cloud

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience and qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with design, configuration, and management of VMware vSphere virtualization solutions
  • Extensive experience installing and configuring VMware EXSi hypervisors, Virtual Center Server Appliances (VCSA), host clusters, vRealize Operations Manager, and vSAN.
  • Knowledge and experience working in an AWS, Azure or GCP cloud environment
  • Domain level understanding of cloud infrastructures including compute, network and storage as well as cloud management areas such as automation, operations management, orchestration, and DevOps.
  • VMware Cloud (VMC) experience
  • Develop migration plans based on various factors and dependencies.
  • Design and implement security, encryption best practices for Public Cloud Providers
  • Architect, design and implement high performance large volume data integration processes, database, storage, and other back-end services in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with client teams to assess current architecture, design the future cloud architecture and develop a roadmap to implement
  • Support Cloud Engineering team to integrate analytical capabilities into an overall cloud architecture and business case development
  • An Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics or equivalent experience
