  • Processes tickets for concerts, events, and large festivals.
  • Manages incoming donation requests, record approved requests, and communicates with outside organizations.
  • Organizes and catalogues the Ticketing inventory (wristbands, lanyards, tickets, etc
  • Assist in the execution of staff/crew and guest packets for festivals and events.
  • Brings Innovative ideas on ways to improve processes and customer service experience.
  • Works on a variety of administrative ticketing projects and tasks.
  • Communicate with different departments to determine festival needs.
  • Tracks ticket counts for C3 promoters.
  • Create a solid system to track and fulfill internal sponsor/marketing orders.
  • Help arrange pickup/drop off of fulfilled internal festival orders.
  • Projects Your Interns Will Be Working On
  • Fulfillment of internal orders for festivals
  • Distribute Stubb’s CB/VIP tickets
  • Pull reports of ticket counts
  • Manage inventory of supplies for office and festival use
  • Print and distribute internal tickets for venues and festivals
  • Top Ten Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Required For The Internship
  • Must be able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting assignment.
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program at an accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good math skills.
  • Good problem solver.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Likes to organize in general is a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task, juggle priorities.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Education/College Major Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s Program at an accredited university
  • Must receive college course credit for internship.
  • Can commit 2-3 days per-week (no more than 15 hours weekly).
  • Must be 18 years of age.
