- The Territory Manager (TM) serves as a Trusted Advisor to new and existing accounts by building in-depth knowledge of Ritchie Bros. selling solutions and platforms.
- The TM effectively positions these solutions to meet the complex needs of customers.
- The TM will research to identify territory needs and opportunities and use effective sales strategies and go-to-market action plans to maximize Share of Wallet (SOW).
- This role will oversee the proper execution of Sales and serve as the voice of the customer on many occasions which makes relationship-building skills critical.
- This role works both independently and collaboratively to build strong partnerships with customers and ensure best in class customer experience.
