- Provides professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as needed
- Performs general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spaces
- Partners with the Registrar’s Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant
