The Product Cost Process Technician is responsible for reviewing customer assembly requirements, determining the capability to support requirements, providing labor time, components and tooling cost estimates for manufacturing customer product, and acting as the technical resource within the Quote Department.

You will be primarily responsible for completing light assembly/sub assembly of Skyline product requiring some discretion and/or interpretation of instructions. 1-3 years previous experience in a production/light assembly environment or equivalent.

At least 12 months experience within the last five years maintaining/repairing and testing copper and/or fiber optic cable in an underground, aerial, or buried environment. Performs splicing functions on all other types of outside plant facilities where the work requires cable sheath openings.

What We Look For in a Candidate At least six (6) months of experience within the last five years installing, maintaining/repairing, and testing residential/small business telecommunication service, both POTS and HSI. At least six (6) months of experience within the last five years connecting telecom color-coded wires and cables to terminals, attaching or detaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings and poles.

Wiring harness assembly, mount electrical components, and finish wire in junction box per schematic. We are looking for a motivated Electrical Assembly Technician to assemble electrical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications.

Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections. Review project instructions and specifications to identify, modify and plan requirements fabrication, assembly, and testing.
