  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading teams of recruiting professionals of multiple levels delivering niche talent to business executives.

  • Partner directly with 3-5 business division leaders to proactive communicate on hiring progress and plans.

  • Build talent pipelines using multiple platforms to ensure speedy and effective hiring.
  • Manage special projects as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to innovate and continuously improve our process.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Executives, HR Business Advisors, and Hiring Managers to create a partnership that produces consistent results.
  • Drive an exceptional experience for candidates, employees and hiring managers- period.
  • A successful Recruiting Supervisor will have the following:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) of full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Corporate recruiting experience within the tech industry is preferred.
  • 3+ years supervising or managing a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
