- The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing or managing the development of the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while optimizing plant utilization and inventory.
- Perform supply-demand analysis each month for the next 3-18 months, consistent with IBP processes, highlighting resource and capacity gaps that require further action.
- Collaborate with raw material planner regarding raw material requirements and ability to service for the next 24 months and highlight areas of concern that require action.
- Ensure coordination with plant production planner/schedulers to execute towards the monthly Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support/Lead the S&OP/IBP site supply review meetings to review service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
