  • Lead strategic client management for 81qd Strategy & Insights engagements, interfacing to align 81qd offerings with client needs and identifying potential opportunities
  • Drive sales growth by leading efforts to develop new business within 81qd’s largest accounts
  • Partner closely with affiliated commercialization services teams in engagements as needed
  • Establish/ maintain client relationships with key decision makers to drive new business
  • Play a key role in development of capabilities and offerings
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and solution areas
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for biopharma clients, interfacing to align 81qd offerings with client needs and selling new products and services to meet those needs
  • Review analytical outputs and synthesize insights to develop strategic client presentations that outline implications and recommendations
  • Support our clients in their use of 81qd analytics by leading strategic working sessions, progress updates and training sessions
  • Ensure successful client delivery, including addressing emerging issues, securing deployment of appropriate resources, delivering all client commitments within time/budget constraints, and exceeding client service and quality standards
  • Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with 81qd’s affiliated commercialization services teams to identify opportunities to enhance existing products, identify new potential product offerings and influence go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and thought leadership, such as identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities for 81qd and championing new processes to optimize 81qd
  • Mentor and coach junior associates/analysts to support career growth
  • Lead the development of new business proposals, directly contributing to 81qd business unit growth and driving explosive expansion of 81qd’s customer footprint
  • Identify client-driven opportunities to enhance existing offerings and influence go-to-market strategy
  • Lead capabilities presentations and project scoping discussions
  • B.A. or B.S. (preferred discipline in biologic sciences, engineering, biostatistics, economics, health policy or similar)
  • MBA, MS, PhD, MPH is a strong plus
  • 6+ years in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility, delivering products, services or analyses, supporting capabilities presentations for biopharmaceutical companies, in organizations such as: healthcare analytics firms, healthcare consulting firms, medical communications agencies
  • Demonstrated success in business development
  • Experience with different projects within the biopharmaceutical industry, that involve managing project timelines, data analyses, supporting client communication and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Interest in engaging directly with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial Innovation teams within biopharmaceutical companies to advance their commercial strategies
  • Track record of success in building long-term client relationships and experience owning high-profile client relationships
  • Flexible, have a start-up mindset, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
