  • The candidate will work in the customer-focused National Security and Military Health research areas.
  • The candidate will plan and conduct research in a variety of domains, such as judgment and decision making, performance measurement and assessment, training and learning efficacy, enhancing small group performance, military and civilian health applications, and more.
  • The Staff Cognitive Scientist will work in the customer-focused National Security and Military Health research areas.
  • Tasks will include (but are not limited to) performing literature reviews, designing and conducting experiments and studies, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying critical training needs, developing performance metrics, and drafting papers and reports
  • The role includes contributing to business growth by identifying research opportunities, marketing ideas to potential customers, and writing papers and proposals
  • The position will require the candidate to interface with US Government
  • This position is open to remote work.
  • Due to the nature of work qualified candidates must be a US citizen with an ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher Department of Defense Security Clearance
  • Ph. D. in Cognitive Science or related field
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
