- 3 years of additional and relevant experience in stem cell-related research or assay development; industry experience preferred Ph. D. in biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, or related field The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish a robust assay protocol, build a relevant disease model, or transition a good idea into commercial success.
- Work both internally (with QC) and externally (with collaborators and CROs) to troubleshoot existing products and create improved assay content.
- Able to work with hazardous materials (i.e. chemicals, electrical equipment, and human tissue) without endangering oneself or others Develop assays to characterize human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) and their derivatives - working within project teams.
