- Under the direction of the CEO, the Human Resource Generalist will oversee the daily administration of specified HR functional areas including recruiting, retention, engagement, performance management, employee relations, training and development, employee related policies and compensation/benefits administration.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and engagement; and training and development
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff (e.g. HR Director, Chief Legal Officer)
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
