- This role is responsible for the planning, scheduling, oversight coordination and to maximize the effective use of resources, space, equipment and time for multiple project teams; covering operational, technical, nautical, refurbishment and regulatory all in unison.
- Leads dry-dock project management including concept design, shipyard selection, defining overall project scope, schedule, budget, shipyard contract, technical analysis, supply chain, and logistics, execution and lesson learned in close collaboration with all the stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor dry-dock master schedule for the assigned dry-docks, budget, bill of material, yard specifications and supply guidelines.
- Able to coordinate a complex dry dock / repair process in cooperation with the vessels’ superintendents / shipyard / sub-contractors / crew / company.
- All non-sales roles participate in an annual cash bonus program, while sales roles have an incentive plan.
