Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist Construction Manager with all construction responsibilities including the supervision and scheduling of trade partners from trench to customer move in.
Help maintain a clean and safe community by conducting daily community walks, with a focus on safety and storm water compliance, using the Safety Pro/Storm Pro application to document findings.
Requires daily Salesforce log-in for customer relations management and customer care case management.
To have complete knowledge and understanding of the model self-guided tour process.
Daily monitoring of model cleanliness, system functionality, including the documentation and scheduling of repairs for all interior and exterior maintenance concerns.
Help document and coordinate quality control repairs and follow up with trades on progress.
Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
