- This includes but is not limited to analyzing salary benchmark data, administration of HCM (Workday), compensation data analysis, using source data tables, analysis of job levels correlating to pay, administration of annual compensation programs, compensation-related compliance activities such as pay equity analysis and re-classification analyses.
- This position will work to ensure Mercedes Benz Research & Development compensation and organizational programs remain competitive and fair.

- Assist in compensation refreshes, conduct annual geo differential audits, review compa-ratios and Mercer market salary surveys.
- Act as a primary PeopleSoft/Workday analyst serving as the lead for all system enhancement projects including future system integrations.
