- Job Summary Provides advanced program and project support to the Maricopa Small Business Development Center (SBDC) team of up to 14 in all operational needs, including, but not limited to, extensive reporting, financial matters, personnel, client interactions and record-keeping, Center operations, and general administrative duties.
- 10% - Supports the promotion of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) services to business owners, faculty and students.
- Monitors and tracks budgets, funding, and expenditures; assists with budget preparation by gathering and compiling data from multiple resources; Attends and contributes to meetings related to assigned projects, programs or functions; takes notes and follows up on commitments made by staff10% - Oversees training program activities including scheduling, event planning, material creation, technology support for webinars and other community and training events5% - Other duties as assigned.
