Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Utility Coordinator with 10 years experience to be part of our Transportation Division . This position will be based in one of WGIs Florida offices in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities:
Utility coordination, review of roadway plans and utility work schedules, utility agreements, and multi-discipline and inter-company coordination. Qualifications:
The Senior Utility Coordinator shall have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
High School Diploma or GED
Ideally 10 years of experience performing utility coordination in accordance with FDOT standards, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge of the FDOT plans production process and utility coordination practices,
Knowledge of FDOT agreements, standards, policies, and procedures.
A strong background and experience in Alternative Delivery (i.e. Design Build) would elevate the candidate in the selection process
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills including technical writing skills and ability to handle one-on-one meetings with utility owners
Ideal candidate will have an assertive task-focused attitude
