- Responsible for partnering and cultivating relationships with Primoris hiring authorities to understand hiring goals both current and future, role requirements, and relevant criteria for candidates.
- Responsible for executing "cradle-to-grave" recruitment for the Utilities Segment for Primoris, which is describe as; applicant-to-candidate, candidate-to-interview, candidate-to-offer.
- Responsible for traveling to Primoris locations when necessary to hold onsite hiring events, interviews, or other events related to recruitment.
- Responsible for planning, attending and or hosting hiring events and career fairs to promote the Primoris brand to potential candidates.
- Proficient in the use of cloud-based software UKG/UltiPro or similar HCM system, as well as standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
