- The American Heart Association is thrilled to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Program Evaluation Analyst based out of our National Center (Home Based is acceptable).
- Responsible for leading implementation and outcomes evaluation activities performed by the American Heart Association Data Science and Evaluation Team. Responsible for conducting both large and small-scale evaluation studies to assess impact, performance, and efficiency for programs and initiatives aimed at the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and promotion of ideal cardiovascular health.
- Develops and implements data collection plans (using quantitative and qualitative methods) that secure buy-in from all key stakeholders (including the program implementer) and which optimize information-flow through the program life-cycle (planning, implementation, and evaluation) with minimal supervision
- Independently selects and refines standard study measures, develops and implements surveys (paper and online), and oversee quality control of data collection, including managing and preparing relational databases and data-sets to facilitate data analysis; conduct appropriate statistical analyses on quantitative and qualitative data
- Responsible for evaluation activities on the NIH-funded Genomic Analysis, Visualization and Informatics Lab-space (AnVIL) Clinical Resource, which will involve assessing the needs of clinical genomics researchers and evaluating the usability of deployed AnVIL resources, and evaluation of other programs and initiatives.
