  • F5 Networks is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join our Creative Management team.
  • The person in this role has senior-level marketing project and account management skills.
  • They can lead and handle the execution of multiple large, strategic programs and projects.
  • These could include strategic marketing/brand campaigns, product launches, large events, and digital marketing projects.
  • They are strategic consultants bringing validated historical knowledge to each project.
  • As the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, cross-team partnership and leadership are critical.
  • You will be working closely and driving consensus with the Content Studio, Creative Studio, Web Production, COE, and Portfolio Marketing teams to execute and deliver on strategic marketing programs and initiatives.
  • You'll know you're succeeding if you present these teams with new project requests and they have no additional questions or concerns.
  • Singlehandedly reviews and analyzes client requirements to ensure complete intake, secures resources, communicates project development, and drives creative development processes.
  • Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders and business partners that inspire change, ask leading questions, and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Full project management setup and oversight.
  • Client management, vendor management, online project management and reporting, and regular cross-team communication updates.
  • Serves as point of contact for partners on active projects.
  • Serves as a steward, advocate, and strategist for F5's Brand.
  • Leads execution of scalable brand and engagement programs aligned with business priorities and audience needs.
  • Researches tools and resources to improve efficiency and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Supports process improvements and documentation.
  • Owns budget management, analysis, and reports in assigned project areas.
  • Serves as mentor to more junior team members.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing process and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong experience and proven proficiency in all aspects of marketing materials creation and production a requirement, covering offline and digital marketing properties.
  • Possess a good understanding of standard methodologies across digital channels and technologies (e.g., responsive design, mobile-first, UX).
  • Sees opportunities for increased brand exposure.
  • Solid written and oral business communications skills, with the ability to interact well with colleagues comfortably and professionally at all levels.
  • Uses data to advise decision making and recommendations.
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to gracefully navigate multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.
  • Software proficiency including Microsoft Office, online project management tools like Wrike or Asana is desired.
  • Experience working in technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programs and SEO and SEM practices a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience; Masters preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing and communications.
  • Internal or external agency experience a plus.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
